Please RSVP by September 1, 2025. You can RSVP using the link above or by contacting us directly. If we haven’t heard from you by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend — though we’ll miss you!

Cocktail attire is encouraged. Please avoid white and kindly leave the jeans and hats at home! While the reception will be held indoors, the ceremony will take place in an unheated building, so we recommend dressing to stay comfortable in late September weather.

The ceremony will be held at Sturgeon Point Union Church (119 Irene Ave, Fenelon Falls, ON K0M 1N0). The reception will follow at the Olympia Restaurant (106 Kent St W, Lindsay, ON K9V 2Y4). There is a 35-minute drive between the two locations, so please plan your travel accordingly to arrive on time.

Sturgeon Point is a small community with limited road access, so we recommend carpooling to reduce congestion. Parking is available on Irene Avenue and Forest Road (just before the church), and is highlighted in green on the map below. Please don’t park past the church, as the roads are narrow and one-way.

The ceremony will begin at 2 PM at Sturgeon Point Union Church. The reception starts at 5 PM at the Olympia Restaurant with cocktails, delicious food, and celebrations. Then around 8 PM, we start the dance party — so bring your best moves!

To keep our ceremony and dinner reception intimate, we’re only able to accommodate the guests named on the invitation. That said, anyone is welcome to join us for the party after 8 PM!

We’ll be offering an open bar during cocktail hour and throughout dinner. After dinner, it will transition to a cash bar. If you’re joining us for the party only, we recommend bringing a payment method for drinks.

We’re doing our very best to accommodate all dietary needs, including allergies and food preferences. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly!

To keep things unplugged and present, we kindly ask that your phones are off and away during the ceremony. There will be opportunities to take photos together at the reception!
